Radio One's (Philadelphia) Re-launch Party "Philadelphia Phenomenal Phuture" At World Cafe LIVE If you're looking for Bermuda's very own Elroy R.C. Smith (CEO & Co Owner of HOTT 1075) look no further than Philadelphia. In his recent move from WGCI (Clear Channel Networks), Elroy R.C. Smith has taken up the post as Operations Manager at Radio One Philadelphia. (Radio One is the 7th largest radio broadcasting company in the U.S.) We caught up with him at this "black carpet" star studded, invitation only event at World Cafe LIVE. In attendance were Radio One dignitaries including Radio One founder Cathy Hughes; her son and Radio One CEO, Alfred Liggins and others. There were also performances by R&B legend Freddie Jackson, Philadelphia's own Kindred, Chrisette Michele, And Ray J.
